Don't see your platform? Just paste the embed code right before the </body> tag in your website's main template — it works on any site that lets you add HTML.

Troubleshooting
If the widget doesn't appear, check these common fixes.
Widget doesn't appear on the page
Clear your browser cache and hard-refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R or Cmd+Shift+R). Make sure you published your changes in your website builder.
Chat bubble appears but no response
Ensure your site is fully published (not in draft/preview mode). The widget needs a live domain to connect to the JustUs servers.
Widget appears in preview but not on mobile
Some website builders cache mobile versions separately. Republish your site and clear mobile browser cache.
Pastor not receiving seeker notifications
Check that your pastor account email is verified and you've completed onboarding in the JustUs dashboard at ibicw.com/Dashboard.
